So why jogging? Jogging is a great way to stay in shape. Regular running or jogging can strengthen your muscles, strengthen your cardiovascular system, and even burn calories. The fact that it's a non-competitive sport with little to no rules means that it can be picked up by any able-bodied person. To give RC students at Allen House the opportunity to get regular exercise without worrying about scores or winning, Allen RAs Minji Jung, Heedong Lee, and Eune Kim teamed up to establish two jogging programs - and .

Students were invited to jog alongside Minji Jung RA and Heedong Lee RA every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM throughout the entire month of September. Participants challenged themselves to jog around the entire campus before half the student body was even awake. Unlike previous semesters, there was also nightly jogging program run (no pun intended) by Eune Kim RA for the average college student that can't get out of bed before 12PM. Students ran at 10 PM from their dorms to Haedoji Park every Thursday throughout September and October. The main purpose of this semester’s programs was to train for the 2017 Incheon Songdo International Marathon; however, those who just wanted to run for fun were also welcomed with open arms.
