So why jogging? Jogging is a great way to stay in shape. Regular running or jogging can strengthen your muscles, strengthen your cardiovascular system, and even burn calories. The fact that it's a non-competitive sport with little to no rules means that it can be picked up by any able-bodied person. To give RC students at Allen House the opportunity to get regular exercise without worrying about scores or winning, Allen RAs Minji Jung, Heedong Lee, and Eune Kim teamed up to establish two jogging programs -

Students were invited to jog alongside Minji Jung RA and Heedong Lee RA every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM throughout the entire month of September
