After a two-year hiatus,  is back with more flavor than ever before. This makeshift café was founded by previous Allen RAs to “chase away the seeping coldness [of autumn],” and give shelter to Allenians from the exhaustion of daily life. It also embodies the spirit of ‘giving’ within the Allen community, as all proceeds go to charity. Students are more than welcome to take a break from their studies, and come on down for a warm drink.

   Throughout the semester, the café will open a total of six times (9/14, 9/28, 10/12, 10/36, 11/9, and 11/23) from 9PM to 11PM. Students can purchase a beverage (coffee or tea) for just 1000 won, and sit with their friends to play one of the many board games that will be provided. On opening day, several people sat down to play Jenga and do puzzles, while others watched Your Name (2016). There’s lots to do, so if you ever find yourself craving a piping hot cup of coffee in the evening, come on down to Allen Café !
